Who we are

Olympico is a sports operating system. It includes the Olympico Store marketplace, the seller console used by shops selling on the store, and the Motus Engine movement analysis workspace. This policy covers all of them.

Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and profile photo when you sign in with Google, or your email address when you sign in with email and password.
• Order details — the items you buy, delivery name, phone number, address, postal code and payment status needed to fulfil an order in the Olympico Store.
• Seller details — shop name, contact details and product information you publish when your account is linked to a shop.
• Movement data — videos and derived pose measurements you upload to Motus Engine, together with the resulting scores and analysis history.
• Usage data — pages viewed, searches performed in the store, language preference, and technical logs such as IP address and browser type used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
• To process orders, calculate shipping cost, arrange delivery and confirm payment.
• To let sellers manage their catalogue, orders and shop profile.
• To analyse uploaded movement and produce performance scores and reports for the account that uploaded it.
• To provide customer support, detect abuse, and improve the product.

Services we rely on

We share only the data needed for each service to do its job:

• Google — sign-in. We receive your name, email address and profile photo.
• Xendit — payment processing for the Olympico Store, including virtual accounts, e-wallets and retail outlets.
• RajaOngkir (Komerce) — shipping rate calculation from destination and package weight.
• Cloud infrastructure providers — hosting, database and file storage for the platform.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions, your shopping cart, your wishlist and your language preference. These are required for the platform to work; we do not use advertising trackers.

How long we keep data

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and dispute handling. Movement analysis stays available until you delete the run or your account. Security logs are kept for a limited period for abuse investigation.

Your rights

To make a request, email us at olympico.app@gmail.com. We answer requests from the email address on the account.

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
• Delete your account and the data linked to it, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
• Withdraw permission for optional processing at any time.

Security

Traffic is served over HTTPS, access to your data is restricted by per-user database policies, and administrative and analysis workspaces are limited to authorised Olympico accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised.

Children

Athletes under 18 should use Olympico through a parent, guardian, coach or club account. We do not knowingly create accounts for children without that supervision.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use Olympico after a change means you accept the updated policy.
